Albuquerque Academy edged St. Pius X 3–2 in a tightly contested match on Tuesday, Sep 16. Goal scorers — Maya Johnson and Emma Lee found the net for Academy to complement Sophie Briggs, who delivered the golden goal game-winner in the final minutes of the first period of OT. St. Pius X’s goals came from Leila Moreno and Hannah Carr.
