CLEVELAND (42) PEBBLE HILLS (TX) (17)
September 19, 2025 – Thunderbolt Stadium, Rio Rancho, NM
Cleveland rolled past Pebble Hills with a 42–17 win in a commanding performance that showed why the Storm remain one of New Mexico’s top teams.
Quarterback Jordan Hatch led the charge, completing around 76% of his passes for 288 yards and 4 touchdowns, making big plays all night. Meanwhile, Jacob Maldonado added balance with a touchdown and solid receiving yardage.
Defensively, Cleveland was relentless. They recorded 4 sacks, with Troy Logan registering two of them and constantly disrupting the Spartans’ backfield.
Pebble Hills had flashes of life — Joe Fernandez threw for 153 yards with two touchdowns and added 72 rushing yards on just 5 carries — but the Storm’s margin and momentum were too much to overcome.
With this win, Cleveland improved to 4–1 on the season and bolstered their standing in the rankings. Pebble Hills drops to 3–1, and both teams now turn their focus toward their next matchups.
